Introduction

Our software has been specially designed to meet the unique needs of fire stations, offering a comprehensive solution to manage all their aspects. The software is accessible through a Terminal Server. The server and data storage are located in Switzerland.

Each organization has a separate workspace with its software. Access and management of the various modules can be customized by the software administrator for each user of the program.

For security reasons, outside of approved connections, it is not possible to access the Internet through the terminal server. Data backup is performed once a day and these are kept for 1 year. Data restoration is possible upon request.
